Whilst the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a challenge for countries affected all over the world, we hope that you are all staying safe and practicing social distancing.

We are especially happy to provide you with up-to-date information of your investment as well as a comprehensive update on the project.

Paspalum, Kesar and Kentia Units WaterFront – Blocks A & B

Upon completion, each Block consists of 14 units (3 beds, 2 beds and 1 bedroom apartments) both blocks have beautiful views overlooking the lake and overall landscape. Block A is at 75% overall completion while construction works has just commenced at Block B.

Construction Stage status (As at March, 2020):

• Block A at 75% overall completion.

• Block B – Substructure constructions works commenced.

Project progress continues at a steady pace.

 

The Terraces

Upon completion, each unit will accommodate parking for up to three cars, a rear garden and a courtyard. Construction works are on-going at Block 1.

Construction Stage status:

– Substructure construction works complete 100%;

– Shell complete 100%;

– Internal and External Wall rendering on-going 40%;

– Mechanical and Electrical 1st fix is on-going.

THE AGAVE (The Terraces)

 

Upon completion, each unit will accommodate parking for up to three cars, a rear garden and a courtyard. Construction works are on-going on Block 1.

Construction Stage status:

• Finishes works on-going

THE JACARANDA

 

Each Block is on Ground plus 3 floors and consists of 1 and 2 bedroom Units with garden views.

Construction Stage status:

• All works at Roof complete 100%

• Block work on-going.

• Mechanical and Electrical 1st fix on-going.

Please be reminded that the allocation of units is confirmed at a 50% payment threshold and units will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. Upon reaching this threshold you would also receive an Agreement to Sublease for your purchase.

 

In addition, subscribers are encouraged make payments on or before the payment due date to avoid defaults under terms of offer.
