Mixta Real Estate Plc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Enitan Rewane, Larry Etah, Daniel Laoye and Wale Odutola; four distinguished professionals to its Board as Non-Executive Directors. All four appointments are effective May 2024 and July 2024.
Mrs Enitan Rewane is a founding Partner of Rook & Co., Legal Practitioners, with extensive experience in Corporate Governance, commercial transactions, and Regulatory Compliance. She holds a BA (Honours) in Law & Philosophy from the University of Hull, England, and has been in active legal practice since 1991. Enitan serves on multiple boards, including educational institutions and is a passionate advocate for tourism and hospitality development in Nigeria.

Mr Larry Ettah is a seasoned Business Administrator and Corporate Leader, holding a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Benin. He had a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades at UACN, culminating in his role as Group Managing Director before retiring. Larry is now the Executive Chairman of Barracuda Capital Partners Limited and serves on various boards, including Coronation Merchant Bank and LeapAfrica.
In an Interview, he said “I am delighted to join the Board of Mixta Africa. It is a company with significant potential, through leveraging its portfolio of real estate, infrastructure, hospitality assets and its geographical footprint.
I look forward to working with the Board and Management by sharing my insights and supporting the company to profitably accelerate its strategy, operations, sustainability, and shareholder value for the benefit of all stakeholders.”
Mr Tunde Laoye is the Managing Partner of L&A Legal Consultants with over 30 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial law, Project Finance, and Maritime Administration. He holds an LLB. from the University of Maiduguri and has served as a Special Adviser at NIMASA. Daniel is a member of several professional associations and holds board seats in property development, data mining, and media companies.
On his views about joining the board, Mr. Tunde said “Joining Mixta Africa’s Board is a wonderful opportunity. I look forward to working with the team to achieve new milestones.”
Wale Odutola is the Managing Director of ARM Pension Managers, with extensive expertise in portfolio management, investment management, and securities trading. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Wale has significantly enhanced business performance across various sectors within the ARM Group.
