Commercial Strategy Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Commercial
Strategy Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy team. This role is critical in identifying
growth opportunities, developing innovative real estate products, and driving business
performance through data-driven insights and strategic execution. The ideal candidate
should have a strong business mindset, be agile, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment. They must also possess the ability to take a product from conceptualization
to full implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Description

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify new business
opportunities in the real estate sector.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to provide
insights that drive commercial decisions.

Develop data-driven recommendations for new product development and market
expansion.

Business Strategy & Product Development
Work closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy to define the company’s
commercial roadmap and identify high-impact initiatives.

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from conceptualization,
business modeling, and financial projections to execution and go-to-market
strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Project
Development) to ensure the successful launch and scaling of new real estate
products.

Evaluate monetization strategies for existing and new products, ensuring they align
with the company’s revenue growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align
commercial strategies with customer needs and market demands.

Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure that commercial
initiatives are financially viable and legally compliant.

Act as a strategic liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless
execution of commercial initiatives and resolving cross-functional challenges.

Innovation & Agility:
Identify and test new business models and growth opportunities that can enhance
the company's competitive advantage.

Stay updated on emerging trends in real estate, technology (PropTech), to
develop innovative solutions.

Rapidly adapt strategies in response to market changes, customer feedback, and
internal business goals.

Requirements

Key Qualifications & Experience:
4 – 5 years of experience in business strategy, product development,
commercial analysis, or related roles in real estate, consulting, investment
banking, or venture building.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying and driving new
business opportunities.

Proven experience in developing products from concept to execution, ideally
within real estate or related industries.

Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to pivot quickly based
on data and market dynamics.

Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across different
departments.
