Résidences Las Brisas

Résidences Las Brisas is our fifth project in Morocco. It is located about 10 kilometers west of the city of Martil where is located our projects Mixta Essafia and Mixta Costa Cabo.

The land measures 13,904 m2 and is located in the western area of Tetouan towards Tangier, close to the NAKATA forest, which has been remodeled as a park for the city of Tetouan. This land is surrounded by very green natural spaces with remarkable views over the Martil River Valley.

A new ring road to the north of Tetouan will run close to the land, giving it greater value and considerably improving its location regarding connections to the city, as well as integrating the land into the urban area of the city. Tetouan’s indoor sports centre is in the vicinity along with the archaeological area of Tamuda, an ancient city site that dates back to around the third century B.C. and that has been under Phoenician, Punic and Roman occupation.
