Résidence de la Paix

The Résidence de la Paix complex is situated on 50,174 sqm of land, superbly located in the centre of Dakar, next to Léopold Senghor football stadium, just a few minutes from the airport.

The project is developed in several phases with a total of around 1,050 properties. The first phase consisted of 157 units and was finished in 2009. Résidence de la Paix has become a true symbol of architecture in Dakar, being an innovative project in Dakar fully integrated, including commercial premises, equipment, children’s playgrounds and a large Central Square.
