Mixta Real Estate PLC is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Oladapo Oshinusi as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 6th February, 2020, following his appointment as Director on 29th November 2019. He succeeds Mr. Deji Alli who held the post of Acting Chairman following the passing of Arch. Eddy Eguavoen, the previous Chairman of the Board.

In his acceptance statement, Mr. Oshinusi highlighted the importance of achieving the Company’s objectives and his eagerness to get to work.
Mr. Oshinusi brings over 2 decades of experience. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Certified Independent Director. He is also an alumni of Harvard Business School’s executive development program. Mr. Oshinusi sits on the board of several companies including Compression and Power Systems Limited and as Director in several others that include, Main One Cable Company.
