The story reveals the struggles and challenges young people face in present day Africa and abroad. Wakaa The Musical takes you on an emotional roller coaster and is a strong satire of Nigeria’s politics as it explores the scheming, intrigues, betrayals and games people play in life.
Producer Bolanle Austen-Peters is hoping that after a popular opening stint in Lagos, English audience will welcome the production with open arms.
Mixta Africa will also host a cocktail reception for the UK diplomatic community, business leaders and top UK government officials. This will be held at the Pullman Hotel by 6pm before the show on the 22nd of July.
